Important notes to consider on Covid-19 and the shipping delays

 

Postal services all over the world are experiencing unforeseen shipping volume causing mail service disruptions and delays in view of the fact that we are facing a pandemic. In response to COVID-19,  we are committed to serving you while ensuring the health and safety of our employees and partners is met. We are taking these preventive measures to help support the fight against the spread of COVID-19. We seek your patience and understanding on the delays as we get your orders delivered to you in the days to come.

All orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. After the confirmation of payment, orders will be processed within 72 hours and the delivery will take between 1 to 4 weeks. Please note that some orders may take a little longer to arrive than usual, due to the extra social distancing measures we’ve put in place to keep our warehouse employees and couriers safe. 

These are the factors that can affect the delays of orders: 

  • Order is pending credit approval and verification
  • Shipping address is incomplete/incorrect
  • Shipping address is not written in English
  • An item is currently out of stock
  • Order requires customization
  • Order is being shipped to remote country
  • Customs has placed a hold on the order

To help expedite your order, please ensure your address is both correct, complete, and written in English prior to checking out.

You will be provided tracking information for your order as soon as it becomes available, however, once your order has been shipped, you may expect a delay until further notice. We recommend following your package's tracking, and checking updates with your local courier:

If you buy different items, it is more likely you would receive more than one package. They will also sometimes arrive on different days. Just remember that it is normal for your order to arrive in separate packages. Please do not worry if it does not show up immediately.

Important notes about the Shipping Fee:

We currently ship free of charge for an order total of $49.97 USD and above otherwise it is $7.87 USD for shipping in the US and $12.97 USD for shipping worldwide.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the following countries and territories at this time: 

Bangladesh, Jordan, Kuwait, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Hong Kong, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands, Egypt, Qatar, Oman, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Brazil, Lebanon, Montserrat and South Africa. This is due to complications with the respective Customs authorities releasing our orders in a timely manner so as not to interfere with our quoted shipping times. We are hopeful that we will be able to ship to these counties once again in the future, and apologize for any inconvenience.

Please Note: Shipping times to Mexico and Lithuania are often delayed outside of our control by border agencies.

Important Notes on Duties & Import Taxation:

 

If you order goods from our site, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied when the order reaches the delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order. As we don’t have control over these charges we are unable to advise what the cost may be.
